Convert an existing paper
Upload any test, exam or task and it is read, restructured into the Verve house format and branding, and given a full marking guideline with the SACAI ticks and codes. It then lands in the library as a normal assessment, so the paper, memo, cognitive report, MOD1 to MOD4 and the print folder all follow.

How papers move
Every paper follows the same route from a blank draft to the printer. This is that route, for anyone new to the process, and a reminder for everyone else.

There is no facilitator sign-off step
A moderator who approves a paper sends it straight to admin. The only way back to the facilitator is a moderator sending it back with corrections — and once fixed, it goes back to that same moderator, not to admin, so admin only ever sees a paper the moderator has already signed off.

EGD drawing sheet
Engineering Graphics and Design is the one subject where the marks are the geometry, so these sheets are computed rather than written. Set the casting and both the question and the marking guideline are drawn from it, on A3, in third angle. They cannot disagree with each other.
